I flew into BID last week for a charity drop off flight. The person at the front desk was extremely nice and even let me use one of their offices while I was waiting for my party to return. Unfortunately, he was the only nice person there, about 5 minutes after I sat down I was "approached" by two older gentlemen who asked who I was and said that I "would need a charity" if I kept sitting there. I then went through an inquisition on who I was and what I was doing.

I think I will avoid Landmark in the future. I usually encounter friendly and helpful people at smaller airports, too bad this on does no measure up.
