I flew into BDR for a BBQ and the people at Atlantic were very nice. There was a $20 ramp fee so you might find cheaper elsewhere but they are open until 10PM and worked for me.
New England Air Museum

The Museum is situated in three large display buildings consisting of more than 75,000 square feet of exhibit space. In fair weather, the outside storage yard is available for touring as well.

This is not far from the airport. I don't think there is much else to say about RT the burgers were good and the drinks were cool.

This is in a strip mall right behind the airport. The food is standard Italian sub shop style and good for a stop if you are in the area. There are a few other places within walking also.

This is not your standard airport restaurant. This is styled after their NYC location and has a very nice atmosphere even if the venue is huge.

Abbott's Lobsters

This place is in Noank Ct and is about a 15 minute ride but at least you can get lobsters in the raw someplace other than Maine. It is seasonal and their website has a countdown to when they open for the summer.
