Flying Getaway and FareFrame are not airlines. We do not own, operate or control airline flights, aircraft, airline reservation systems, airport operations, airline schedules, baggage policies, fare rules, refund decisions or supplier-controlled travel services.

1. Flying Getaway Is Not an Airline

Airline names, airport names, flight-related terms, airline logos, trademarks, service marks and brand references appearing on FlyingGetaway.com belong to their respective owners.

Customers should verify important and time-sensitive information directly with the relevant airline, airport, government authority, embassy, consulate, supplier or official source before making travel decisions.

6. Payment Disclaimer
Eligible payments for travel services requested through Flying Getaway may be collected by FareFrame Travel Private Limited through authorised payment channels.
A successful payment may confirm that payment has been received or recorded. It does not always mean that the ticket has already been issued or that the travel service is finally confirmed.
Ticket issuance or service fulfilment may still depend on:
- Fare availability;
- Airline or supplier confirmation;
- Accurate passenger information;
- Successful payment verification;
- Customer approval of any revised fare or itinerary;
- Required documentation;
- Fraud-prevention checks; and
- Supplier-controlled processing timelines.
If payment is successfully received but the requested service cannot be fulfilled, FareFrame may offer an available alternative or process an eligible refund in accordance with the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Customers must not make payments to unauthorised persons, unofficial bank accounts, suspicious links or channels not expressly approved by Flying Getaway or FareFrame.
Flying Getaway and FareFrame do not ask customers to share OTPs, CVVs, card PINs, internet banking passwords or complete card credentials through phone calls, WhatsApp, email or ordinary website forms.
7. Booking Confirmation Disclaimer
A travel service requested through Flying Getaway is confirmed only after authorised confirmation is provided.
A confirmed booking may include:
- Airline booking reference;
- PNR;
- Electronic ticket details;
- Confirmed itinerary;
- Supplier confirmation;
- FareFrame or Flying Getaway confirmation communication; or
- Another written confirmation clearly identifying the fulfilled service.
Customers should not assume that a booking is confirmed based only on:

- Receiving a callback;
- Discussing an itinerary;
- Receiving a quote;
- Receiving a payment link;
- Completing payment;
- Receiving only a payment receipt; or

8. Cancellation, Refund and Modification Disclaimer

9. Airline Delays, Cancellations and Schedule Changes
Airlines may delay, cancel, reschedule, reroute or modify flights due to operational, commercial, technical, safety, weather, regulatory or other reasons.
Flying Getaway and FareFrame cannot guarantee:
- That a flight will operate on time;
- That a flight will not be cancelled;
- That an airline will not change the itinerary;
- That a preferred seat, meal or ancillary service will remain available;
- That a disruption will result in a cash refund;

Where an airline cancels or significantly changes a service, Flying Getaway or FareFrame may assist customers with supplier-approved options such as rebooking, revised itinerary, travel credit, cancellation or eligible refund support.
The final remedy remains subject to applicable airline or supplier rules.
Customers are responsible for checking the latest flight status before departure.
10. Passenger Details and Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate, complete and authorised information when requesting a travel service.
This includes:
- Full passenger name matching the required travel document;
- Date of birth, where required;
- Correct travel date;
- Correct origin and destination;
- Correct contact details;
- Passport or identification details, where required;
- Visa or travel-document details, where required;
- Passenger count;
- Cabin or fare preference; and
- Any other information required by the airline or supplier.
Incorrect, incomplete or unauthorised information may result in:
- Additional charges;
- Fare difference;
- Ticket correction or reissuance;
- Cancellation and rebooking requirements;

Customers and travellers are solely responsible for ensuring that they satisfy all travel-document, visa, immigration, transit, health and entry requirements applicable to their journey.
